I pose the question: why is a cat on a leash? Cats don’t go for walks or require ‘obedience training’ like other dumb pets. so what’s with the leash?

When in the office, I tend to gravitate to the orange square.The boundaries are clearly delineated and I see no reason for the leash.

I have to get out in the sun at every glimpse of the sun now that I’m forced to live in the cold, dank basement.
